At Lalaprint, we don’t believe in “estimated” guesses. Our system calculates your Ready Date based on your specific order’s quantity, size, and material type to ensure you get your prints exactly when you need them.

1. Delivery Coverage & Partners

We provide nationwide shipping across West and East Malaysia using reliable local couriers:

  • West Malaysia: J&T Express / PosLaju / NinjaVan

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): PosLaju / J&T Express


2. Shipping Rates

  • West Malaysia: Rates starting from RM8.00.

  • East Malaysia: Calculated by weight and location at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Automatic for orders above RM150 (West Malaysia only).


3. Production & “Ready Date” Logic

Your order’s completion date is calculated dynamically at checkout based on three factors:

  • Quantity: Small-to-medium orders are processed on the fast track, while bulk orders (above 5,000–10,000 pcs) require additional production time.

  • Size: Standard sizes (under 150mm) follow our base timeline, while large-format or custom-large prints may require extra drying and finishing time.

  • Production Type:

    • Express: Our priority lane for urgent needs.
    • Normal: Fast, standard processing (often ready in 1–2 days for small orders).
    • Economy: Budget-friendly for non-urgent bulk batches.

The 3:00 PM Rule: Orders placed, paid, and artwork-approved before 3:00 PM are processed starting today. Orders after this cut-off begin the next working day.


4. Self-Pickup (Kuala Lumpur)

Save time and shipping fees by collecting your order from our physical hub:

  • Pickup Point: LalaPrint, Wisma Cosway, Lot 1-52, Jalan Raja Chulan, 50200 Kuala Lumpur.

  • Operating Hours: Mon–Fri (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

  • Process: You will receive an “Order Ready for Pickup” email once your items have cleared Quality Control.


5. Tracking & Delivery Times

Once your order leaves our hub, the courier transit time is usually:

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 Working Days.

  • East Malaysia: 3–7 Working Days.

6. Quality Guarantee & Damages

We use high-grade packaging to protect your prints. If your parcel arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and the product.

  2. WhatsApp us at +6010 771 3099 within 48 hours.

  3. We will prioritize a reprint if the damage occurred during production or due to insufficient packaging.
