Artwork Guidelines for Printing

1. File Format Requirements

The format we require depends on the shape of your sticker:

• Standard Shapes (Round, Oval, Square, Rectangle): We accept PDF, JPG, or PNG files. Ensure your resolution is at least 300 DPI for a sharp print.

• Custom Shapes (Die-Cut / Kiss-Cut): We require Adobe Illustrator (.AI) format. Your file must contain two distinct layers:

  1. Artwork Layer: Your design/graphics.

  2. Cut Layer: A vector path indicating exactly where the machine should cut.

2. Bleed, Trim & Safe Zone Rules

To account for the mechanical movement of the cutting blade (1–2mm), please follow these three boundaries:

• Bleed Area (2mm): Extend your background color or image 2mm beyond the actual cut line. This ensures no white edges appear if the cut shifts slightly.

• Trim / Cut Line: This is the final shape of your sticker.

• Safe Zone (3mm): Keep all text, logos, and essential details at least 3mm inside the cut line to ensure they are never clipped.

3. Essential Technical Checklist

• Color Mode: All files must be in CMYK. Files sent in RGB may undergo color shifts during printing.

• Outline Your Fonts: For AI files, please Create Outlines for all text to prevent font errors.

• High Resolution: Images should be 300 DPI. Low-resolution images from the web will appear blurry when printed.

• Embed Images: If using Illustrator, ensure all placed images are Embedded, not linked.

4. Uploading Your Artwork

Please upload your final artwork during the checkout process.

Note: Our team performs a basic technical check on every file. If your artwork does not meet the “Custom Shape” requirements (i.e., missing a vector cut layer in AI format), we will contact you via WhatsApp, which may extend your production timeline.
